Terms of Service

By placing an order at theroyalsnoot.com, you agree to these terms.

1. The service. The Royal Snoot creates custom portraits of pets from photographs supplied by customers and prints them on canvas. The store is operated by Luca Arnold, trading as The Royal Snoot.
2. Your photographs. You confirm that you own the photographs you send us, or have permission to use them, and you allow us to use them to create your portrait.
3. Artistic interpretation. Each portrait is an artistic interpretation in a classical style. We aim for a faithful likeness of your pet. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed canvas.
4. Approval. Your canvas is printed only after you approve your preview. Approval confirms the design is final.
5. Unanswered previews. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of sending your preview, we will send a reminder. We print only after you approve.
6. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paystack in South African rand, and your bank converts the amount automatically. Your bank may charge a foreign transaction fee.
7. Refunds and shipping. These are covered by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
